The Vice-Rectorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Communication Animation, and Scientific Events:

                      In accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 14-261 of Dhou El Kaada 27, 1435 corresponding to September 22, 2014, establishing the University of Oran 2, it has the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events, whose main mission is the implementation and development of international policy as well as the internationalization of the University of Oran 2.

The Vice-Rectorate for external relations consists of two services:

• Cooperation and Inter-University Exchange Service responsible for management and monitoring

• Animation of Communication and Scientific Events Service
